• Serve as liaison between families and school to promote collaborative planning.
• Educate students and families about attendance, graduation, and college planning (6-12).
• Develop RTI models and participate in student assistance/teams.
• Assist with 504 plan processes and compliance.
• Provide individual and small group counseling for anxiety, relationships, and social topics.
• Deliver counseling curriculum and support transitions from grade to grade and post-secondary plans.
