Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support four school locations near Lake Orion, MI. This contract position serves approximately 10 students per site, with onsite service delivery and no daily travel between sites.

You will develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, and consult on intervention strategies. You will also document progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to advance students' communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in Michigan with CCC.
• Prior experience in school-based speech services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators and families.
• Experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorder, cognitive speech needs, and general education speech concerns.
• Ability to work autonomously within a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy.
• Consult on intervention strategies as needed.
• Document student progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
