The Vicksburg Clinic, LLC is seeking a Radiation Therapist to deliver prescribed radiation therapy and ensure precise patient positioning. You will operate megavoltage equipment, perform QA checks, document doses, and collaborate with the oncology team to maintain safety and comfort for patients.

Required ARRT-T or equivalent, an associate degree, and BCLS within 30 days. The role offers full-time hours in Vicksburg, MS with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and ARRT-T certification required or preferred.
• Knowledge of radiation physics, treatment planning, and safety procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate treatment records and follow protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork within oncology care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy using megavoltage equipment with accuracy.
• Position patients, adjust settings, and use immobilization devices per plan.
• Perform daily QA checks and document delivered doses and responses.
• Conduct CT simulations and obtain portal/verification images per protocols.
• Explain procedures to patients and monitor for adverse reactions.
