Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist to help patients regain function in an in-facility setting. You will assess needs, design treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve mobility, strength, and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent PT-related degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience; or a PT-related combination.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated to US equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy in facility settings.
• Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to appropriate care when needed.
• Support patient-centered care and contribute to care planning.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of PT experience

Foreign PT degree evaluation for US equivalence
