Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver comprehensive therapy in skilled facilities. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and provide hands-on PT services to help patients regain strength and mobility.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with the rehab team, and ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities in a fast-growing national network.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a PT-related field with a Bachelor's in PT.
• Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises to promote independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adapt treatment plans to the individual patient’s goals and progress.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years progressive PT experience

Valid Physical Therapy license in practicing state

Foreign PT degree evaluated to US equivalence
