Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus additional PT-related degree or related experience.
• Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-facility physical therapy services to patients.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy and educate patients and caregivers as needed.
