Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Washington state is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients in home health settings. You will use therapy modalities to improve mobility, independence, and daily living skills through our Balance and Fall Prevention and joint replacement programs.

Requirements include current PT licensure in the state, at least one year of clinical experience preferred, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment (Washington).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
