Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and address the whole patient in collaboration with the rehab team.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to ensure continued patient care and progress.

Education
