Zusammenfassung

Aspire Behavioral Health & DD Services seeks a part-time PCA to support adults with developmental disabilities in Primus Terrell. The role emphasizes person-centered care, independence, and safety, with a weekend shift cap of 24 hours and potential sign-on bonus.

Under supervision, the PCA performs documentation in CareLogic, assists with daily living activities, and helps individuals engage in community activities while meeting ISP-defined preferences and goals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED with basic reading, writing and math; ability to use a computer with 25 WPM.
• CNA designation preferred but not required.
• Experience with adults with IDD with special needs is expected.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and submit accurate records (cash management, personal spending, behavior supports, medication assistance).
• Submit person-centered documentation in CareLogic reflecting choices and observations.
• Provide community living support per ISP, assist with advocacy, daily living skills, bathing, dressing, shopping, and medical appointments.
• Escort individuals to engage in Community Living and promote inclusion.
