Qualifications

• Minimum education includes a High School Diploma or GED for basic skills.
• Preferred: Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Experience with adults having exceptional needs in intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to empower individuals and promote independence.
• Maintain accurate records including financial reports and behavior supports.
• Provide community living support services for daily activities.

Skills

Ability to work with adults diagnosed with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities

Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)

CPR/First Aid

Experience in Person-Centered Organization Skills

Valid Drivers' License

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Education

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) designation
