Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant, CNA, HHA, or caregiver preferred.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
