Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age prior to start date.
• 12 college credits -OR- High school diploma/GED with Nursing Assistant training or equivalent.
• Able to adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting.
• Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (BLS)

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Carry out delegated skills that are within the scope of practice for unlicensed nursing personnel.
