Responsibilities

• Walk beside families to navigate child welfare, education, and behavioral health systems.
• Advocate for families, participate in meetings, and support goal achievement.
• Identify family strengths and connect to community resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in all interactions.
