• Help deliver instruction across subjects, adapting materials as needed.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and promote engagement.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students.
• Observe and document student progress, reporting to the EC teacher.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff.
• Encourage social interactions and friendships among students.
• Prepare and organize instructional materials and equipment.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
