Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license and be able to drive.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Comfortable working in home and community settings.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Ability to complete and maintain all required ODP trainings.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful when supporting individuals with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, respectful, person-centered support.
• Assist individuals with ISP goals and outcomes.
• Transport individuals to community activities, appointments, shopping, and other outings.
• Encourage independence and community participation.
• Complete detailed daily progress notes for every shift.
• Complete required monthly ODP trainings.
• Follow ISP, health and safety plans, and agency policies.
• Maintain professional and reliable communication with management.
