Job summary

Faithful at Home Care is seeking compassionate ODP Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include safe, person-centered support, helping ISP goals, transportation to activities, and maintaining detailed notes. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; training and monthly sessions are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Comfortable working in both home and community settings.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Ability to complete and maintain all required ODP trainings.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful when supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We are looking for reliable caregivers who are passionate about helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently and participate in their communities.

• Community Participation Support (CPS)

Responsibilities

Depending on the individual's needs and ISP, responsibilities may include assisting with daily living skills, community outings, transportation, socialization, household tasks, personal goals, and promoting independence.
