Faithful at Home is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (ODP Caregivers) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. The role focuses on promoting independence, daily living support, and community participation.

Responsibilities include transport, documentation, ISP-goal support, and community outings, with monthly trainings and strong communication with the management team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Comfortable working in both home and community settings.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Ability to complete and maintain all required ODP trainings.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful when supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Assist individuals with achieving their ISP goals and outcomes
• Transport individuals to community activities, appointments, shopping, and other outings

• Complete detailed daily progress notes for every shift

• Follow the individual's ISP, health and safety plans, and agency policies
• Maintain professional and reliable communication with the management team

Faithful at Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable ODP Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)! We are looking for reliable caregivers who are passionate about helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently and participate in their communities.

Services You May Provide:

• Companion Services
• In-Home and Community Support (IHCS)
• Community Participation Support (CPS)

Responsibilities

Depending on the individual's needs and ISP, responsibilities may include assisting with daily living skills, community outings, transportation, socialization, household tasks, personal goals, and promoting independence.
