Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients get back to their best. In this in-facility role, you will assess needs, create recovery plans, and deliver OT services under the Director of Rehab. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patient independence throughout recovery.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Must hold a valid, unencumbered OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients.
• Collaborate with rehab team and other clinicians.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Education
