Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility therapy team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, report to the Director of Rehab, and participate in our mentorship and CEU programs. We provide comprehensive benefits, visa sponsorship options, relocation assistance, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ACOTE-accredited OT program
• Initial NBCOT certification
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by state

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for occupational therapy.
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and communicate with caregivers as needed.
• Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity.
