Lake Chelan School District is seeking an Assistant Middle School Girls Soccer Coach for the 2026-2027 season. The role emphasizes educational opportunities through athletics and aligns with the district’s core values: Motivated, Open Minded, Respectful and Engaged.

Qualifications

• Prior coaching and/or playing experience in the sport.
• Proven ability to coach at the middle school level.
• Willingness to work with staff.
• Valid first aid and CPR card, or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
• FBI, Washington State Patrol and Sexual Misconduct background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administering a program that is organized, well prepared, and operated with integrity. Coaches should use athletics to teach valuable life skills and provide an exceptional educational experience for the student-athletes.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the student-athletes. Strive to be a quality role model that the student-athletes feel comfortable going to for mentorship, always putting student-athletes' needs at the forefront and vigorously working to serve their needs.
• Commitment to promoting the vision, values, and mission of the school district and athletic department.
