Atlas Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Middle School Paraprofessional to provide academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and organizational support to students with diverse learning needs. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with middle school students or students with disabilities preferred.
• Substitute certification or ability to obtain certification required.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and behavioral support across core subjects and settings.
• Assist students with IEP/504 plan accommodations and strategies.
• Support students in developing organizational and executive functioning skills.
• Help manage classroom routines, transitions, and inclusive practices.
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers and staff.
• Ensure student confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.
• Supervise students during non-classroom periods and school activities.
