Job summary

Uncommon Middle School History teachers work in grade level teams to push students toward being self-guided learners. Our teachers develop subject mastery and address socio-emotional changes in middle school students, empowering voices and global citizenship through analysis and discourse.

Instruct with an inclusive environment; collaborate with families and staff; engage in ongoing professional development to foster student achievement and high standards in a Newark urban context.
