Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is looking for a Mental Health Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide comprehensive assistance to individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges. The DSP will support clients in daily living tasks and promote independence through community engagement.

Ideal candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. This position offers hourly pay of $18.00, a sign-on bonus, health insurance for full-time employees, and various employee perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; vehicle insurance required if transportation duties are assigned.
• Experience in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and crisis management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in identifying needs and requesting services.
• Implement services as outlined in each person’s Centered Plan.
• Support daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, and eating.
