The ideal candidate holds a state teaching certification in mathematics and a bachelor's degree in mathematics or education, with prior classroom experience and strong classroom management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Education required.
• State Teaching Certification in Mathematics required.
• Experience in a classroom setting is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills required.
• Ability to analyze student performance data and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Solid knowledge of math content and instructional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with state and district standards.
• Teach subjects such as Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Statistics, or General Mathematics as appropriate.
• Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Utilize instructional technology and data-driven practices to improve student outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with parents, administrators, and school staff.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities as required.
• Prepare lesson plans and maintain accurate student records.
