Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Connecticut LPN license (new grads welcome).
• Residential/mental health experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and respond to triage and basic first aid.
• Develop and maintain care plans; ensure student safety.
• Document monthly activities and progress.
• Provide empowering support to help students pursue their goals.
• Contribute to a safe therapeutic atmosphere through de-escalation.
• Work within a team to support adolescents with complex needs.
