Hope Network is seeking a dedicated Life Skills Coach for the South Campus in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time, first-shift role focuses on helping individuals develop daily living skills, confidence, and community connections across home, community, and facility-based settings.

You will support personal goals, encourage relationship building, and assist with daily activities, ensuring respectful, patient, and compassionate care in varied environments.

• Commitment to treating every person with respect and compassion.
• Experience or interest in helping people with disabilities or mental health needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Encourage positive relationship building.
• Transportation and participation in community activities.
• Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Provide Community Living Supports (CLS) in various settings: community, consumers' homes, and facility-based.
• Role modeling and training appropriate behavior and skills to the person served.
