Job summary

VITAS Healthcare in Florida is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes. You will be entrusted with guiding patients and families through the palliative journey while upholding comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities include completing nursing duties, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and visiting 4–6 patients daily, ensuring timely care and education where needed. A valid RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located.
• A minimum of two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health in the last five years.
• Equivalent experience or licensure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-of-life care in patients' homes.
