Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Home Health. You will provide therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision of a physical therapist, contributing to individualized care plans and ensuring continuity of care.

Requirements include a PTA program graduate, an active license, and at least 2 years of therapy experience. A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance are also required. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of therapy experience.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of the plan of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage the patient care plan.
• Demonstrate competency in home care and patient care skills.
• Meet productivity standards and use time/resources efficiently.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation at the point of care.
• Assist the physical therapist in assessing patient function.
• Maintain current license, certification, and records per regulations.
