Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in home or alternate settings under physician guidance. The nurse assesses patients, develops care plans, and delivers skilled nursing interventions including phlebotomy, wound care, and infusion.

The role requires strong teaching, communication, and documentation, plus supervision of LPNs and home health aides, with after-hours availability as needed.

Qualifications

• RN with a master’s degree in psychiatric/mental health nursing and licensed in the practicing state.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with RN license and relevant experience.
• Diploma or Associate degree in nursing with RN license and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessment and develop the plan of care with the physician/Clinical Manager.
• Perform psycho-biological interventions and manage medical illness per POC.
• Review medications with patients and caregivers and provide education on regimens.
