Qualifications

• Volleyball playing or coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Minnesota coaching licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to student-athlete development and program success.

Responsibilities

• Assist with volleyball program at varsity, JV, and developmental levels.
• Support planning and implementation of practice plans and game strategies.
• Assist with athlete skill development, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.
• Help build an inclusive team culture reflecting school and community values.
• Support athlete supervision, safety, injury prevention, and well-being.
