• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to present information clearly.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in written, oral, or schedule form.

• Instructs classes at designated locations and times.
• Plans a program of study to meet student needs and abilities.
• Creates a conducive learning environment and maintains classroom behavior standards.

• Diagnoses learning disabilities and tracks progress.
• Evaluates academic and social growth and prepares progress reports.
• Is available to students and parents outside instructional hours.
• Supervises classroom and students.
