Responsibilities

• Provides individual, small group, and large group counseling across academics, career exploration, and personal development.
• Collaborates with administrators, teachers, families, and community partners to support student success.
• Informs students and parents about graduation requirements and options.
• Interprets records and uses data to guide educational planning and tracking progress.
• Addresses student needs and refers to appropriate school/community resources.
• Deliver crisis counseling and support student mental health as needed.
