Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with Special Education.
• Experience with scholars with significant disabilities preferred.
• Experience with multilingual learners preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers specially designed instruction aligned to each scholar's IEP.
• Develops individualized lessons and supports.
• Creates structured, safe classroom environments.
• Implements accommodations and behavior supports per IEPs.
• Collaborates with families and staff to coordinate services.
• Monitors progress and adjusts instruction based on data.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
