Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid high school diploma or GED certificate.
• Must complete CDA program within 1 year upon hire.
• Some childcare experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Classroom Teacher with home visits and assessments.
• Create/update individualized plans with parents.
• Guide classroom activities and maintain environment.
• Assist in implementation of children's I.E.P. or I.F.S.P.
• Communicate with families regarding children’s progress.
