Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. As a DSP you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, a $1,000 signing bonus, and clear opportunities for advancement within a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships and supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation hygiene and household tasks.
• Supporting individuals in community participation employment and social activities.
• Using adaptive tools to aid learning and facilitate communication.
• Encouraging independence and helping individuals develop new skills.
• Monitoring health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Communicating with Abound team members families and external parties as needed.
• Completing documentation and maintaining schedules.
• Completing in ongoing training and professional development.
