Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Direct Support Professional Level 2 Certification, required.
• Valid Tennessee, Kentucky, or Alabama driverfers license.
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and clear MVR.
• TB test within the last 12 months.
• Ability to attend and pass all required training courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist with meal preparation and shopping.
• Support with household chores and medication administration as directed.
• Follow the ISP outcomes and document daily notes.
• Promote community involvement and safe independent living.
