The role involves helping with daily living activities, supporting goals, encouraging community involvement, and ensuring health and safety while maintaining clean living spaces. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to work independently, and current SCIP/CPR/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable working independently and can make sound judgments.
• Flexible and able to handle stress.
• Friendly with a can-do attitude.
• Computer literate and able to use basic tech.
• Experience tracking information preferred.
• Pass background checks and orientation training.
• Current SCIP, CPR and AMAP/First Aid certifications for FT.
• Current SCIP, CPR and First Aid for PT position.

• Follow health and safety protocols.
• Attend ongoing training as required.
