Job summary

Lifelong Access seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in our Supported Living program in Illinois. DSPs provide vital supports to individuals with IDD, helping with daily living, personal care, transportation, and skill-building in community settings.

Pay is $18.35/hour with a $0.50/hour increase after med authorization training; full-time and part-time positions available. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain it. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Desire to help individuals with disabilities; prior related work or volunteering preferred.
• Respectful and attentive to safety and privacy during care.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance and support to individuals in their living environment.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, transportation, and routine activities.
• Support independence and dignity while following person-centered plans.
