Service Alternatives in Everett, WA is seeking Relief- Direct Support Professionals to empower adults with developmental disabilities to live independently and participate in community life. You will help with life skills, daily routines, and personal development while receiving training.

Starting wage ranges from $21.45 to $22.45 per hour. This is a relief position with no fixed schedule and potential variability in hours. CDL/license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check.
• Be at least 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid license (within 30 days of being hired) is preferred/paid by SA.
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Empower adults with developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives.
• Support individuals in developing essential life skills and maintaining independence in their own homes.
• Encourage active participation as valued community members.
