Job summary

Service Alternatives is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with developmental disabilities to lead meaningful lives. You will help develop daily living skills, promote independence in their homes, and encourage active community participation.

This is a Relief position with irregular hours and shift coverage as needed, including 7-3pm, 3-11pm, and 11-7am availability. No experience required; training provided by SA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid license (Paid by SA) within 30 days of being hired.
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
• Preferred: NAR/CNA.
• Preferred: 75-hour certification (Long-Term Care Worker) or exemption letter.
