Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live as independently as possible. You will work hands-on, encouraging and guiding clients across daily activities and personal care, while maintaining dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Successful background clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license due to transporting persons served.
• Comfortable driving company vehicles as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks and maintain personal hygiene.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
