You will help implement center plans, support daily activities, and help people reach personal goals in community and facility settings.

The role requires 18+ years, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy weights.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and frequently lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures.
• Assist with Person Supported Development.
• Provide support to team members and supervisors.
• Assist with person-centered plan and outcomes.
• Assist with data collection and reporting.
