Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Keansburg, NJ is seeking DSPs for Sunday–Friday 2pm–8pm shifts. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules, direct deposit, weekly pay, and W2 employment.

Join our team to provide 1:1 support to adults with disabilities, assist with daily activities and medications, and help promote independence through community engagement. A valid driver’s license is required; trainings are provided.

Qualifications

• Responsible, committed, and devoted to providing compassionate care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license required for transportation purposes.
• Willingness to undergo required trainings and certifications provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21.
• Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors.
• Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.
