All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate care in clients' homes. You will assist with daily living tasks, health monitoring, and documentation while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Six months of experience preferred.
• Pass background check is required.
• Driver's license with valid auto insurance is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• DSP certification or equivalent education and six months of experience with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks including assistance with hygiene, feeding and mobility.
• Monitor health care related tasks and document care.
• Foster positive relationships with individuals served and their support network.
• Encourage self-help activities.
• Implement Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
• Manage behaviors through prevention or de‑escalation of aggression.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of activities, medications, drills, and goals.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
