Job summary

Qualifications

• BA degree required.
• Experience with the special needs community preferred.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license required.
• US citizenship or work permit required.
• Online DSP training course after hire.
• Punctuality and professional dress expected.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive environment to help individuals achieve personal goals.
• Work with Case Supervisors on monthly goals and action plans.
• Document services rendered and client progress daily and monthly.
• Provide support for individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings annually.
• Submit all paperwork and monthly summaries on time.
• Adhere to agency and OPWDD regulations.
