Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible, with dignity and respect. You will provide direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance as part of a mission-driven team.

Starting pay is $19 per hour, with full-time 12-hour shifts (day and overnight). Competitive benefits include health, life, and retirement options, plus training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Direct care to individuals with disabilities.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
