Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
• Ability to complete required training and certification requirements.

• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in community activities and develop independence.
• Assist with daily living skills including meals, budgeting, transportation.
• Provide personal care and health support as needed.
• Complete accurate service documentation and progress notes.
• Communicate with supervisors, families, and care team.
• Attend required trainings and maintain certifications.
