Job summary

Out of the Box Solutions in Oregon City is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD, helping with daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals. You will follow care plans, document notes, and communicate with families and your team while ensuring safety and dignity for every client.

Candidates must be 18+, have 1+ year caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, smartphone access, and be able to pass state background

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required
• Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client)
• Help clients get into the community and stay engaged
• Follow care plans and goals
• Communicate with families and your team
• Complete notes and documentation
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times
