You’ll assist with personal care, help with daily activities, and support participants in achieving personal goals while working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
