• Demonstrates exceptional patient service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to ensure best patient-centered care.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
